PFSense - VPN - OpenVPN - Configure an OpenVPN Server - Add access for clients to a different internal network

Example:

  • LAN is 192.168.1.0/24.
  • Different Network is 192.168.2.0/24.

OpenVPN Clients can access the LAN, but not the Different Network.

Add Route to Different Network

Navigate to VPN → OpenVPN → Servers.

Click on the Pencil Icon against the OpenVPN Server to Edit.

In Advanced Configuration:

  • Custom options:
    push "route 192.168.2.0 255.255.255.0"
  • Click Save.
