Create a CNAME pointing www.bing.com to strict.bing.com.
NOTE: You may need to add a www.bing.com zone and provide an A record override for www.bing.com to 204.79.197.220 (strict.bing.com).
NOTE: Remember to clear your DNS cache to allow the new rules to work.
